my White Balance difference

i got a lot of tasks piling upon my desk, yet i still don't sense the urge to attack it and made them all dissapear. instead, i toyed with my camera, a 2 y.o. entry-level DSLR.

i use my collague as a model. she's having a headache and was leaning on her desk. first face down but then looked outside through the window. don't know what's in her head and not necessarily care. i just want to fiddle around.

what? why didn't i use a white card? what was it, actually? not using them much since i didn't have one until recently.
