18 and Life

I didn't know it before - but now I do - how I could even headbanging to the sound of hair-metal!

And even did air-guitar acts!

That quote was from Skid Row's 18 and Life and you sure are familiar with the melody, that is if you grew up the way I did, listening to rock and metal bands alone because nobody in your house seemed to enjoy the melody of the guitars, the heavy riffs, distortions, screaming and high vocal pitch, agressive drummings, etc.



You see, sometimes in those adolescent years I felt kind of lonely because not many people I knew of were listening to rock bands.

Ah, that's not the point here.

I mean that while listening to Skid Row's album -- I played 18 and Life and I Remember You again and again -- I felt kind of nostalgic. And I was daydreaming of being a young boy (like Ricky) and being angry at the world that let me struggle to get through life even since a very young age.

"He had no money, oooh no good at home.
He walked the streets a soldier and he fought the world alone."

Now that was something that I thought I could relate to. Not in the way that I must be working so I could eat. I felt that somehow I was being alienated in my early years, as a kid, a teenager, and first couple of years in the college.

I am being nostalgic.

Imagine that: Me. Nostalgic.

Gee...

I must be old.

People Are Stupid - Or Just Plain Careless

This is a breach in the road separator that lazy, careless, stupid, imbecile motorcyclist use to get across to the other side of the road. They are just too damn crazy *ssholes that prefer putting their own life and others in dangerous situation than made a legal u-turn in the proper place.







These pictures I took on March 13, 2008 because I thought that these guys are dumbf*ck and sometime in the future -- if not already happened! -- some people would ram into their rear while in the position perpendicular to the traffic flow. They'd at least have some bruises.

Amen.

I just wish the guy who crash into the poor bastards *rse is not me.





And then on March 18, 2008 an accident did happen on the exact spot. The kid in the left hit the guy in the black jacket. The kid is just to shocked - maybe - that he didn't even think of leaving that black-jacketed nuthead right there where he hit him.

The blakc-jacketed guy seemed angry and taking the opportunity seeing the kid seemed sincerely apologize -- that stupid kid! That guy making gestures using his hand like waving and pointing toward the nearest police station. That f*ck!

IMHO, he's the one that made the mistake being broken the traffic regulation.

They argued for a long time -- mostly the guy insisting on something that the kid wasn't able top comply or compromise -- that a cop coming on a bike and start questioning them. I didn't how that episode end because I'd better eat my breakfast.





That only justify that people are careless.

And stupid.

Or both.
