When To Stop When You're In DEAL OR NO DEAL?

You know about the moment when the banker has offered you money in exchange of the briefcase you held in your position? When the host asked you whether you want to cut a deal or not?

The tension, the drama, the pressure to make a right decision -- termed "A GOOD DEAL" -- surely put stress in your nerves.

Now, if you asked me, when is the best times to stop playing and take the banker's offer?

The best time -- if you want to avoid the risk of losing more -- to cut the deal is when the banker has offered you about 50% of the highest value of money in the board that had not been eliminated. Like when the USD 500,000.00 is the highest value, then when the banker offered you, like, USD 245,000.00?

Take it! At worst, you'd only lose another USD 255,000.00!

I know that I'd better made some mathematical proof about this, but just take my words on this.
